 of areas including principalship. Susan served as Arizona State Thespian Director from 1996 to 2006. She was a faculty associate for Arizona State University for eight years and is an on-line instructor for AXIA college, instructing potential teachers. She has a variety of directing, designing and acting credits with a number of state and national awards. Susan co-founded The Shakespeare Theatre where she served on the creative staff and as the company’s treasurer. Susan has been a teaching artist for the AZ Arts Commission, Artist Teacher Institutes for seven years. She is currently a teacher-librarian at Cactus High School where she also leads the school’s professional development program. Susan’s commitment to educational theatre rests in her involvement as an arts advocate for a number of organizations and her continued involvement with students and their educational success.
